The Bike Pathways Committee is a volunteer committee that was established in 2006 to promote safe and convenient bicycle access to all parts of Marco Island. In addition look at pathway uses in order to minimize overall City costs, reduce traffic congestion, ensure public safety, improve the environment, boost the economy, and to enhance recreational opportunities and the quality of life on Marco Island.
