Workshop Meeting

City Council will hold a workshop meeting to discuss the segments of the North C ollier Boulevard Improvement Project adjacent to the commercial areas along the North Collier Boulevard corridor.
The project is in the final engineering design phase. Construction is expected to begin in the summer of 2005. The workshop meeting will focus on the design elements in general, and the access management plan (ingress and egress to commercial property), in particular.
This is the second workshop meeting specifically for business and property owners adjacent to the commercial areas. Following the workshop meeting and decisions by City Council, the project engineer will proceed to complete the final design phase in preparation for competitive bidding to select a qualified contractor.
Business and property owners within the commercial areas along North Collier Boulevard are encouraged to attend the workshop meeting to learn more about the project, to ask questions, and to offer suggestions.
