Notice: The purpose of the special-called meeting is to discuss the proposed Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan. City Council may formally act on all or certain matters pertaining to the Capital Improvement Plan or City Council may discuss the Capital Improvement Plan and enact policies during a future meeting.
