The Marco Island City Council and Marco Island City Manager A. William Moss will meet in a "closed" attorney-client session with Rich Yovanovich of the law firm Goodlette, Coleman & Johnson (and / or other representatives of the firm), Kevin S. Hennessy, David Jackson and Maggie Mooney of the law firm Lewis, Longman & Walker, P.A. (and / or other representatives of the firm) to discuss matters relating to litigation known as: Citizens Advocating Responsible Environmental Solutions, Inc., v The City of Marco Island and Quality Enterprises USA., Inc., U.S. District Court, Middle District, Case No 2:06-CV-123-FTM29SPC, Violation of Clean Air Act.
Members of the public will not be permitted to attend the meeting due to the exemption allowed by Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes.
