MINUTES
City Council “Closed” Meeting – May 21, 2001 – 5:00 p.m.
Chairman Tucker called the public meeting to order and presided.
ROLL CALL
All Present except Councilman Minozzi, who was absent
Also Present: A. William Moss, City Manager
Kenneth B. Cuyler, Esquire, City Attorney
Gregory L. Urbancic, Esquire, with Roetzel & Andress Attorneys
Fred Hardt, Esquire, with Roetzel & Andress Attorneys
Kay Gray, Court Reporter
BUSINESS
Chairman Tucker announced that the purpose of the meeting was to enter into a closed meeting for an attorney-client session with Mr. Greg Urbancic and Mr. Fred Hardt, of the law firm of Roetzel & Andress to discuss matters relative to pending litigation involving Cozumel Condominium Association, Inc. and Monterrey Condominium Association, Inc.
The City Council entered into the closed meeting at 5:01 p.m.
At 5:43 p.m. City Council reconvened into the public meeting.
ADJOURN
MOTION by Councilman Cowin to ADJOURN. Second by Councilman Pettersen. Motion carried 4-0.
There being no further business to come before City Council the meeting adjourned at 5:44 p.m.
