City Council Special-Called Meeting October 30, 2002 5:00 p.m.
Chairman Tucker called the meeting to order and presided.
ROLL CALL
All Present (Councilwoman Patterson left the meeting at 5:50 p.m.)

Mr. John Jenkins of the firm Rose, Sundstom & Bentley
Mr. Chris Bentley of the firm Rose, Sundstom & Bentley
Mr. Randy Hanna of the firm Bryant, Miller & Olive
Mr. Mike Davis of the firm Bryant, Miller & Olive
BUSINESS
DISCUSSION City Council and Marco Island City Manager A. William Moss will meet in a “closed” attorney-client session with legal representatives to discuss matters relative to pending litigation involving Florida Water Services, Inc., Florida Water Services Authority, the City of Gulf Breeze, and the City of Milton. Members of the public will not be permitted to attend the meeting due to the exemption allowed by Section 286.011 (8), Florida Statutes.
Chairman Tucker announced the purpose of the closed session and identified those in attendance, as listed above. City Council adjourned to the closed session which lasted approximately 75 minutes.
TERMINATION OF CLOSED MEETING
The closed session was terminated at 6:15 p.m.
ADJOURN
There being no further business or public comment, the meeting adjourned at 6:17 p.m.
