Chairwoman DiSciullo called the meeting to order and presided.
ROLL CALL
All Councilors were present.
BUSINESS
City Attorney request for “Closed Meeting” to discuss litigation known as Citizens Advocating Responsible Environmental Solutions, Inc., v. The City of Marco Island and Quality Enterprises USA., Inc., U.S. District Court, Middle District, Case No 2:06-CV-123-FtM029SPC, Violation of Clean Air Act.
MOTION by Chairwoman DiSciullo to schedule a “Closed Meeting” for 4:30 p.m. Second by Councilor Popoff. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY 7-0.
ADJOURN
There being no further business to come before City Council, the meeting adjourned at 4:25 p.m.
