This project is a water main installation project along Winterberry Drive from Heathwood Drive to just west of the East Winterberry Bridge, on Barfield Drive at Winterberry Drive south to Inlet Drive, and on Ludlow Road from Barfield Drive to Inlet Drive. The project will consist of installation of a new 18-inch water main along Winterberry Drive, a new 12-inch water main along Barfield Drive and a new 12-inch water main along Ludlow Road, complete in place and functional.
