New FPA/NOA Index Sheet

  In an effort to streamline the permitting process we will now begin to accept the new FPA/NOA Index Sheet in lieu of having you submit the full product approval(s) for permitting. The full product approval(s) are still required at the jobsite with the pertinent installation information highlighted for inspections. The site-specific design pressure calculations (if applicable) must still be provided for permitting as usual. You can obtain a copy of the FPA/NOA Index Sheet on our website under forms and applications.
