Notice is hereby given that the Beatification Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 10, in the Community Meeting Room, 51 Bald Eagle Dr., Marco Island, Florida 34145. The purpose of the Beatification Advisory Committee is to advise the Marco Island City Council on beautifying the community in a way consistent with the tropical character and natural beauty of Marco Island. The meeting agenda is available on the city website, cityofmarcoisland.com, and at City Hall, 50 Bald Eagle Dr., Marco Island, Florida. The meeting will be broadcast live via live streaming at cityofmarcoisland.com and on the city’s government access television channel (chan. 93, 97 or 98 depending on cable provider).

All interested persons are invited to attend and register to speak. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or other reasonable accommodation to participate in this proceeding, should contact the Marco Island City Clerk’s office at (239) 389-5010, or msheffield@cityofmarcoisland.com, as soon as possible, but no later than 48-hours before the scheduled event.
