PUBLIC NOTICE

The Marco Island City Council will consider an agreement to purchase real property during a scheduled City Council meeting on October 19, 2020 at 5:30p.m., at 51 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island, Florida 34145. The property is currently known as the Medical Arts Center of Marco Island as described in that certain Warranty Deed recorded in O.R. Book 4912, page 3700 of the public records of Collier County, Florida. This property is located at 1310 San Marco Road, Marco Island, Florida 34145. The purchase price is Two Million Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($2,250,000.00). The property is located adjacent to property owned by the City and will serve as part of the government center for the City of Marco Island.
