Marco Island’s annual road resurfacing project is set to begin on July 26, 2021, weather permitting. The following streets will be resurfaced before school starts on August 10, 2021:

1.Jamicia Road from Yellowbird to Trinidad Ave.

2. Trinidad Ave. from Jamaica to Kirkwood St.

3. Bermuda Road from Kirkwood to Templewood St.

4. Cushing Lane from Bermuda to San Marco Road.

The remaining streets budgeted for resurfacing this year will be completed from September 20 – October 30, 2021. Two maps are attached showing all streets to be resurfaced this year, totaling 9.16 miles.

Local “Work Zone” signage will be posted and flaggers will direct traffic. Please watch for workers and drive with caution. Mail and trash collection will not be impacted during this project.
