On Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at 5:40 a.m. Marco Island Police and Collier County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at 1232 Skylark Ave., Marco Island.
After receiving a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited children, an investigation was launched into allegations of a Marco Island resident who was in possession and distributing child pornography. The extensive investigation resulted in the arrest of 22 year old Ricardo Reyes-Arragon, who was transported to the Naples Jail Center.
Marco Island Police Department explores all tips involving the exploitation of children. This investigation concluded with the assistance of Collier County Sheriff’s Office Swat team. This case demonstrates the exceptional work of the Marco Island Police Department with our partners at Collier County Sheriff's Office and our mutual commitment for the safety of our children.
