Online Bill Pay

(October 10, 2025) The City is pleased to announce a new online payment portal and new IVR phone payment option will be active beginning October 20, 2025 (IVR is Interactive Voice Response).  Starting October 20th, when going online to pay your water bill you will notice the site has been updated.  If you have already registered in the past to use our online site, you should not have to re-register.  Additionally, the new IVR payment option will give our customers the option to pay by phone with either a credit/debt card or e-check.

Also starting October 20, 2025, anyone who is currently set up on automatic payment or who wishes to set up will need to log into the new site and sign themselves up again.  All previous automatic payment customers must sign up online to continue to have payments automatically processed.  Although we know this will be an inconvenience to those currently set up, you will now have the option to choose which day your payment is processed, and you will also have the option to use a credit card in addition to e-checks.

Beginning October 20th, the City will start charging convenience fees on all credit/debit cards, e-checks and IVR payments.  During the August 18, 2025 City Council meeting, Council passed Resolution 25-37 implementing the following convenience fees:  3.5% on all credit/debit card payments with a minimum fee of $2.50, $1.95 for all e-check payments, and $0.50 per IVR transaction.
