Beginning in October 2025, the City began using a new payment portal for water and sewer bills. If you have already registered in the past to use our online site, you should not have to re-register. Anyone who was set up on automatic payment or who wishes to set up will need to log into the new site and sign themselves up again. All previous automatic payment customers must sign up online to continue to have payments automatically processed. If you sign up for autopay and select the e-check option, you only have to enter your information one time including routing number and account number, and there is no fee for e-check (similar to ACH or direct draft). If you select the credit or debit card option, a 3.5% convenience fee will apply. Late fees were not applied October – January as we made this transition, however late fees will begin again at the end of January. We have several customers who have received delinquent notices and are at risk of having their water turned off beginning January 14th. Customers can call 239-394-3880 to get more information or receive help signing up online. Customers can also come to City Hall to pay in person or mail a check to P.O. Box 7219, Naples, FL 34101.
