2024 City Council Election

Welcome to the City Clerk’s voting and election information page. Our goal is to provide voters the information they need to exercise their voting rights and to help candidates navigate the election process.

The Marco Island City Council election will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in conjunction with the countywide General Election. Four (4) of the seven (7) City Council seats are up for election.

City Council terms are for 4 years.

Voting Locations
- Early Voting will be held at the Marco Island Library, 210 S. Heathwood Dr. , Marco Island
- Voting Day locations will be held at 3 locations. Please see the map at the bottom of this landing page to find your voting location.

This site provides information that will help you run for a Candidate position with the Marco Island City Council. This site will also guide you through requirements and deadlines for fulfilling the Campaign Treasurer Reports. If you have questions, please contact the City Clerk at 239-389-5010, who is also your filing officer.

The qualification period to run for the 2024 City Council is 8:00 a.m. July 16, 2024 through 5:00 p.m. July 30, 2024.
