Can anyone park in my swale? What about overnight swale parking?

  • The swales are public rights of way and it is legal to park there, as long as there is not a city sign prohibiting parking.  When parking in the swale, have all four tires off the road, do not block a fire hydrant or a crosswalk.  No parking in the swales between 2:00am - 6:00am except between November 15 and January 15 (during the holidays when many residents have guests).
