Considering a wedding on one of Marco Island Public Beaches? 

Public Beaches located on Marco Island are under the jurisdiction of Collier County.

For a wedding at South Beach or Tigertail Beach, a Collier County permit is required.

Guidelines

• Walkway mat is for public use and may not be obstructed.
• No open fires on the beach.
• No glass on the beach.
• No pets on the beach. (service animals excluded)
• Vehicles are not allowed on the beach without city permit. 
• Sea Turtle nesting season is May - September (additional restrictions apply).
• Discard trash in bins located at walkway access points. 
• Return the beach to pre-wedding conditions.
