Fleet & Facilities Management

The Fleet & Facilities Department is responsible for the maintenance, repair, capital replacement, and construction of city-owned fleet and facilities.

Department Vision and Mission:

         Vision—To provide award-winning, safe, efficient, resilient, and sustainable fleet and facilities service that embodies the City of Marco Island’s quality and standards.

         Mission—To deliver high-quality, best-value facilities and vehicles to meet the needs of our residents, visitors, and businesses today and tomorrow.

Fleet & Facilities is subdivided into the following primary roles:

• Facilities - Construction, Maintenance, Repairs

• City Grounds - Construction, Maintenance, Repairs

  • Includes Parks, City-owned Vacant Lots, Athletic field, etc.

• Fleet - Oversight of Maintenance, Repair, & Replacements

• City Asset Management Program
