Building Neighborhood Pride Through Compliance

The Code Enforcement Unit is charged with enforcing various codes and ordinances that directly impact the appearance and public welfare of the community. The Unit addresses their duties through proactive observations and in response to complaints received. The Unit also reviews existing codes and propose changes that are deemed necessary to further enhance the well being of the community.

Code Enforcement Officers will record the information, investigate, and determine if a violation exists.

The Code Enforcement Unit will seek compliance by Notices of Violation and appearances at Magistrate hearings.
