The public is invited to attend a Neighborhood Information Meeting held by the City of Marco Island Water and Sewer Department, at the following date, time, and location:

9 a.m. – 10 a.m.

A Neighborhood Information Meeting must be held when a petition to rezone a property is submitted. The Marco Island Water and Sewer Department has submitted a Rezone Petition REZN-23-000341 seeking approval to rezone the South Water Treatment Plant Property located at 415 Lily Court, Marco Island, FL 34145 Property ID:  58970320008 from RSF4 to Public Use.

Any member of the public may attend the noticed meeting and be heard or may submit written comments prior to the meeting or to the director at the meeting.  The Neighborhood Information Meeting is for informational purposes, it is not a public hearing.  Be aware that the neighborhood information meeting may be continued from time to time.
