RFP 2024-024 AUDIO AND LIGHTING SERVICES SEALED PROPOSALS DUE

The City of Marco Island (“City”) is requesting proposals from companies or individuals for audio and sound services for City events.
The City’s Parks and Recreation Department provides multiple outdoor concerts and events each year. Most of the concerts and events are free to the community and are family friendly. Each event will have different entertainers; therefore, the equipment needs will differ for each event. The majority of the outdoor concerts take place at Veterans Community Park at the Unity Bandshell. Other events may occur at the Frank E. Mackle Park.

Veterans Community Park: The Unity Bandshell Stage is approximately 3365 SQ. Ft. Attendance for our events ranges from 100-3000.
Mackle Park: The Airnasium is approximately 4800 SQ. Ft. Attendance for our events ranges from 50-1500.
