About the Committee
The Marco Island Beautification Advisory Committee was established in 1981 through a MSTU (Municipal Service Taxation Unit) voted on by the citizens of Marco Island for the sole objective of renovating roadway medians
The Marco Island Beautification Advisory Committee was the first MTSU in the State of Florida approved for the express purpose of beautification, specifically beautifying the community’s landscape character in a way that is consistent with the tropical character and natural beauty of Marco Island.
